Daccapo to Reopen Sep 4 with an Inspired New A La Carte Offering and Attractive Set Menus

At long last, Daccapo will reopen on September 4th with refreshed A La Carte Signature offerings and the opportunity to delight in a set lunch or dinner menu at an astonishing price – for a limited period only! Guests, no matter new or well acquainted, will again enjoy familiar dishes and explore new cuisine to excite taste buds.

Daccapo has long been marveled at creating elegant and inspiring dishes based on tradition, however inspired to suit the tastes of the local market. This creed shows itself in the new statement of the restaurant: Daccapo – Italian. Inspired. Cuisine.

To celebrate the re-opening, the restaurant will introduce new A La Carte dishes, something different for those guests who are loyal regular visitors. Utilizing only fresh and high-quality ingredients, Daccapo offers the essence of Italian inspired cuisine. Bucatini with Carbonara Sauce, Pecorino and Crispy Pancetta, is highly recommended by Chef Eric and his team, particularly for the authentic and familiar taste for Italian cuisine lovers. Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio with Artichoke Hearts and Parmesan, a Daccapo favorite, remains on the menu with reinvented presentation. Ravioli “Cacio & Pepe” with Hazelnut Caramel, topped with shaved truffle boldly adds a Chinese element into traditional Italian cuisine.

For a limited period, Chef Eric has prepared three-course lunch and dinner menus handsomely priced to thank guests for their support and reward everyone following the difficult restriction period. The first half of 2020 separated our guests from their restaurant and now it is the time to celebrate the reunion! Chicken Breast Wrapped with Parma Ham, sautéed mixed Beans and Chicken Liver Mousse has been meticulously crafted as a healthy dish by utilizing roasting method. Slow-cooked Veal Ossobucco with Saffron Risotto, Gravy and Assorted Vegetables is a standout main course for dinner. Prepared in the traditional style of Milanese slow cooking, the dish attempts to best preserve the nutrition within the Veal Ossobucco. By slowly and consistently adding Saffron sauce and Chicken Stock while the dish is created, every grain of rice fully absorbs the wonderful flavor. The softness and fragrance of the Ossobucco is a perfect complement to the rice accompaniment. The marvelous limited period set menus are priced from RMB 188 per person.
