Brazil’s own DJ Marky has gone from a mere record collector to an internationally recognized DJ, producer, head of his own record label, Innerground Records, as well as curator of the event series ‘DJ Marky & Friends.’ He has ignited dance floors across the globe with some of the most seminal drum and bass tracks to date. Acid Arab is a one of a kind duo whose music melds the hypnotic sounds of the Middle East with the drive of bass-heavy acid house and techno. Originally from Paris, they’ve worked with Syrian superstar Omar Souleyman as well as Gilles Peterson, Lovefingers, and Tim Sweeney, among many others. Rave Republic
Vics hosts EDM DJ duo Rave Republic for a truly epic night of high-energy dance action. Credited as being one of South Asia’s most popular DJ acts, with club residencies in Singapore, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo, and Manila, they have also performed mainstage at multiple music festivals across the world. 10pm-late. Jesse Rose: The Final Tour
It’s a sad time for house music for Jesse Rose is hanging up his headphones in 2017. Luckily for house music lovers, he's going out with a bang, coming through Beijing for one last time. Starting out in 90s London with a musical foundation firmly rooted in Chicago house and Detroit techno, over the following decade he amassed an impressive discography on labels like Get Physical and Dubsided, as well as on his own labels Made to Play, Play It Down, and Front Room Recordings. Mullets4Mutts 80s Party
Get inspired by the disco era and party for a good cause this Saturday at 8-Bit's Mullets4Mutts night. This 80s-themed party will benefit Girls4Paws, an organization dedicated to rescuing, feeding, and reforming stray dogs in Beijing. All the proceeds will go to the organization, so come dressed in your best 80s outfit and feel good knowing that you’re participating in a worthy cause while you knock back cocktails in the name of doggie love. Be Me Party
