Going to the Dogs: Kombucha Yappy Hour at Xian Bar, Jul 23

On Saturday July 23, all dog owners and their fluffy friends are invited to join Xian Bar on their terrace for Yappy Kombucha Hour from 5-8pm, sponsored by Papp’s Tea Lab and Penny’s Food Studio.

Canine owners will find this event great for networking and just having fun (and food) together with your four-legged companion, who most likely only sees the same few compound trees and apartment walls living in a big city.

Kombucha: “The Tea of Immortality”

For those who don’t know what kombucha means, it’s a name for an extremely refreshing and healthy beverage, rich in vitamins B and probiotics. It is naturally brewed from tea. In fact, kombucha is a traditional Chinese drink, first appearing during the Tsin Dynasty, where it was called “The Tea of Immortality.” You should give it a try – just in case.
