Dec 24: Lantern Club X'mas Eve Party
Get ready for this mega Christmas-themed event with a huge lineup of techno DJs filling two rooms at Lantern. We love the flyer for this by the way. It brings back memories of Catherine Zeta Jones’ dangerous curves narrowly escaping infrared security detection in Entrapment, but we digress. The main room will host Eric Lee, Huang Weiwei, Ou Yang, and Weng Weng, while the bar will have Jackson Lee, Guo Ji, Hamoudeh, and Nigls. RMB 50. 10pm. Lantern
Dec 25: Space Party at Spark
Not of a fan of traditional Christmas celebrations and in search of something a little more extraterrestrial? Well, this party theme happily invites sci-fi geeks of all denominations to party down. Free admission and a drink to anyone who comes in costume from one of three movies, including Star Wars, Star Trek, or The Martian. Sadly, no extra prices if you come dressed as all three. Set phasers to crunk and prepare for a wild night filled with out of this world fraternization. 10pm. Spark
Dec 26: Eclectic Electric
Eclectic Electric is the everything electronic night that brings Beijing’s party-going elite a mix of all genres that are guaranteed to get those hips gyrating. You can expect a little bit of Gongti big room EDM bangers, along with nonstop underground grooves, to create a dangerous but enjoyable combo if you are looking to switch things up a bit. Eclectic Electric is led by DJ Half/N/Half, who will take you on a tour of the best electronic music from many a disciplines, along with Filthy Bill, Johnny Z, and Evelyn Yin. Free. 10pm. Dada
Merry Christmas, all!
