Re: Departing From China with Pets: Step-by-Step Guide for...
Dear Friends,
We all love our pets.
Even though I only have two mice and one bird, I still can understand the feeling for a dog. All of them are our dear pets.
The fact is Bejing has quite strict restriction for big dogs living within 5th ring road.
Even for small dogs, it is still quite complicated to apply for the dog card.
And the consequence for big dogs without an official dog card being caught by local police is quite negative, we do not want that happen. You may not know, the police even do not want to fight with you. They are normal human being, just wearing an uniform which forced they to act in that crucial way.
If you have an official dog card, no matter what name is on it. Both you and the police would have a peaceful time. By then, if you can offer him an cigarette, that would be perfect.
In the end, I have to do my advertisement.
