First Glance: Santos Bar and Grill

Last month, we told you about Raya Malaysian, a restaurant which gave World City frequenters a not-so-common dining option for Guomao. More recently, those lunching in World City have been offered a cuisine all the more rare in Beijing: Portugese. Santos Bar and Grill moved in next door to Raya, and they're vying for customers via an RMB 59 business lunch deal, which includes your choice of soup or the signature Peri Peri hot beef salad and one main course from a selection that's sprinkled with tastes of Mediterranean, French and Western influences. It's only available from 11.30am-12.30pm, so be hasty.

Santos sports kebabs, breads, Portuguese Peri-Peri chicken, a flavorful chorizo sauce, and a quirky explorer theme only matched by Camões Portuguese Restaurant in Beijing's Legendale Hotel that makes for quite the colorful meal.
