Want to Start Off Labor Day With Art? Here's How

We now have three whole days of holiday to do what some of us have been wanting to do since Qingming Jie – finish decorating our apartments, browse art galleries, and relax. Now you can do all of those things in a convenient location thanks to Surge Art. They'll be setting up shop in Sanlitun from April 30 to May 2 for their eighth Beijing art fair.

Head on over to the The Orange Exhibition Center in Sanlitun Village South to see what China's up and coming art talents have to offer. As usual, works will be for sale at affordable prices – to give you an idea, they promise there's nothing more expensive than RMB 30,000.

Don't know what Surge Art is? You may remember them as Affordable Art Beijing. Get to know them in the video above.

And if that's not enough, check out our Art Events to find other exhibitions around town. Here's a head start: Catch photos from the Three Shadows Photography Award winners while they're still there and a secret peep show at the French Salon.
