Win a Double Pass to La Traviata!

The well-known opera La Traviata is coming to the National Center for the Performing Arts next week, and we have a double pass to give away to Tuesday's performance (February 15). As the NCPA advertising exclaims, La Traviata is “a heart-wrenching love story that makes you crying for centuries!”

Who can resist an emotional punch like that?

To win the double pass, just be the first reader to tell us who wrote the opera La Traviata?

Winners must be able to pick up their tickets from the Beijinger office at Wanda Plaza, near Da Wang Lu, during office hours on Monday or Tuesday next week.

The opera, La Traviata, is composed by Verdi with words written by Francesco Piave based on a novel called La Dame aux Camelias by Alexandre Dumas, son of the more famous Alexandre Dumas who wrote The Three Musketeers. So what do you mean by 'wrote' it?

I once worked on the opera in London!
