looking at the other reviews, it seems like this might be the best thing since sliced bread or the worst thing to ever hit Beijing. Relax people, it's neither.
Ron Mexico is just a neighborhood pub that can fit a dozen people providing a decent drink option to the area! Prices are on par with most of what you see now in Beijing although their cocktails tend to be on the smaller side of the spectrum. A decent pour of G&T for 35 is correct and honest, Asahi beer for 30 is standard and a few late night snacks.
They don't overdo it and neither should you in the reviews.
