Review of Jinshisong
My lunch took about two hours to arrive, with a predicted time of 35 minutes. Obviously, it was extremely cold. After checking in to see where on earth my food was, and being told it would be ten minutes, it still took another 45 minutes. They only gave me my money back after I sent a message suggesting they should - no initiative was taken to compensate me.
This is not the first time something like this has happened with jinshisong and I'm not sure I would order through them again.

No because the ordering website has a timeline, and it went to 'food being delivered' after 25 minutes and then stayed like that for 2+ hours...
