Ravenous as I was last night I let my roommate talking me into getting their Bacon Hamburger, with the promise of a big, fat, tasty meal.
First thing first:
- They were polite on the phone and the delivery was fast (30 minutes)
While not the best burgers in Beijing, as to overall quality, I reckon their price/quality ratio makes it a valuable add to Beijing's dineries.
They are huge, blunt attacks to hunger, a chunky piece of meat and more than decently garnished.
I had soup with it (burgers come in a set with fries, soup or salad) my roommate got fries, both choices were rewarding.
A set costs 39rmb.
If value meals make you raise your eyebrows then it's not the place for you.
This is for that day when it's cold as hell and you don't want to leave your living room, when your lunch turned out to be a disappointment cause the lady in the noodles' joint didn't get your order right, when your hunger needs a special treatment to be staved off.
I reckon 3 stars make them justice.
