Jenny's is my go to place for certain Western ingredients. This is where I get items I can't get in any other stores or markets (Hello 11yuan Sam Adams!) I stick with more generic brands and it's not to expensive, i.e. local tortilla wraps for 10 v. "El Paso" wraps for 20+. A generic cereal is cheaper here than at a chinese market and the deli counter with cheese and some meats like parma ham can be reasonable in relation to other places or packaged cheese/meat.
In regards to complaints about it being expensive, I never buy vegetables here. Some lettuce and tomato would be around 15 in Jenny's which I get for 3 at the market. Even certain jarred/ boxed goods I stay away from that I know are cheaper in other stores. If you are going to buy items at Jenny's that you can get elsewhere don't complain, what you're paying for is your own laziness.
