How to Get a Refund for Your Juicy Burger Fest Tickets

In light of the recent postponement of Juicy Burger Fest 2023, a great many of you have been asking how to get your tickets refunded. Because it would take us a million years to process refunds one by one, we will be automatically refunding all early bird sales.

You will receive your refund electronically within five days. Those of you who bought the VIP tickets will be contacted directly to see if you would still like to hold on to those.

Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a notification on your Alipay or WeChat account telling you it has been received. If you do not receive your refund within five days, please contact us at marketing@truerun.com with your ticketing information for assistance.

Unfortunately, this will mean that you'll need to purchase tickets again once the new Burger Fest dates roll around, but we hope you can join us then!
