Happy Birthday to Brew! Paulaner at the Kempinski

The Paulaner Brauhaus at the Kempinski Hotel is rustling up a special brew to mark the hotel turning 20 years old. Yes, long before the Olympics, West Railway Station and Line 13, there was the Kempinski. To mark the fact, they'll tap the first barrel of their anniversary grog today (July 15).

Brewmaster Wolfgang Sesser describes the concoction as being full in flavor and perfect for relaxing in the Beijing summer, and is inviting you to enjoy a glass of the anniversary tipple in celebration of the occasion.

With a limited run of 1,800 litres, they insist it’ll be first come first served. So get along to the newly renovated Paulaner Brauhaus and raise a glass to the Kempinski.
