Yuanmingyuan (Old Summer Palace)-圆明园

This three-story, multi-staged, 21-meter tall wooden pavilion inside Yiheyuan was built in honer of the Empress Dowager Cixi's 60th birthday and was one of her favorite places to view operas. Featuring trap doors, a deep well and even ponds, it still occasionally stages operas to this day.

Uses Chinese medicine in their hair treatment formulas, which they claim can counter hair loss.

This luxury spa and resort by Yuanmingyuan features a luxury spa, Japanese restaurant (Naoki), The Grill, a Chinese restaurant serving Beijing duck, a library, boutique and theater.

American-style pizza joint also offers onion rings, wings and lots of beer.
