Classic dishes such as Peking duck, dim sum, and Szechuan chicken are cooked with great delicacy at Aman Summer Palace's nine-room Chinese restaurant, decorated with Ming dynasty-inspired furnishings.

VegeTiger serves up vegetarian versions of a range of Chinese cuisines, from northern dumplings to spicy Sichuan. They are well known for their fake meat dishes, including “lamb” chuan’r, Sichuan boiled “pork” slices (shuizhu roupian), and Wuxi “pork” ribs, which are so good you won’t even miss the meat. Buddy's serves pizza, panini, salad, burger, beef steak, pasta, soup and other Asian cuisine. The restaurants also has more than 20 different Chinese and imported beers as well as many kinds of cocktails.
