Seeking Roommate

My roommates and I are looking for two additional roommates for a great apartment in 六道口 close to Tsinghua. We're two Tsinghua, IUP students and one Yenching academy student (ages 23-27). It's a four bedroom apartment. We're looking for someone to move in immediately, ideally until June 2025, but would also take someone on a short term basis (1-2 months). Rent is 3650元 or 3850元 depending on the room. The more expensive one has an in-room bathroom and shower. The rooms both have great lighting and are fully furnished. Lovely part nearby. We're American but we all speak Chinese.

It is near Dongsi, located at Qianliang Hutong, West facing, big windows with good sunshine, the height of the house is 3 meters. Good location with convenient commercial services around, walking distance to subway station (Dongsi@L5/L6).

Shopping mall with lots of decent restaurants (Accessible through basement – 2 minute).
Cinema/Movie theatre (2-3 minutes)
Shuangjing subway station (Accessible through basement – 7minutes).

An array of different fair priced places to eat outside, pizza +, Korean, Thai, Japanese, Mcdonalds and most of them deliver.

Looking for roommate to a nice 4 bedrooms 2 bathroom apartment in Concordia Plaza. It closes to the Line 10 Liang Ma Bridge subway and Chaoyang Park, has lots bus: 416/516/682/405/604...

The compound is quite high end with security guard, Card access at entrance, full equipped GYM, a swimming pool, 24 hours hot water and everything you might need: furniture, fridge, wash machine, cooking stuff, fast wireless network Internet.
One room for rent the size is 20sqm with large widow, rent for 2000RMB/m, (Including all utilities/internet/cleaning and management fee), equipped with bed, mattress, closet, desk, and chairs. You just need move in with suitcase.

I has stayed in this apt for almost 10yrs which is a cozy flat (3brs,1lr,1br,1k) via a convenient location to live, but now me and other flatmate are seeking for a outgoing, friendly, life-styled, mature gentleman or lady for the 3rd room.
