Delivery Service

This is not about the food, but about the service. My husband and I were super eager to try their pizza tonight (who can resist "mai 1 song 1?") but were a bit annoyed to discover that their delivery policy is unreasonably stiff--they wouldn't deliver to us though we live less than 1 km outside of their delivery area. And when we inquired about other nearby apartment complexes (which were only 200km off, just under a bridge!), they also said they couldn't deliver... something about the pizza not being "hot" when it arrived. Well I say, if we want our cold pizza (and we'd pay an extra delivery fee if required), please give it to us! We hope their policy changes in the future, in the meantime it's back to Papa John's for us.
