Sublime

A very clean, modern restaurant, one to take visitors to Beijing to. The food was well priced at 110RMB each for the 6 - 8 dish option, each portion being small but beautifully presented. Although the portions appear small, they are rich and full of flavour and by the 8th portion you are happily full. Waiting staff are very attentive, very pleased to go out of their way to help us, but never being annoying persistent like you get in most chinese restaurants. The cocktails are also very good, having tried some of my girlfriends. The only disappointment was that my 'draft beer' was served in a cheap ikea glass, which may be a bit nitpicky..........
I will be coming back here though , highly recommended!
