I went there the first time when a Canadian catering company Culinary Capers borrowed their kitchen to cook for a thanksgiving a few years ago - not sure about their relationship. They had whole turkey for guests to take away as well set dinner for the festival.
Usually, they have their own crew cooking for guests. Their cheese cake is always a heighlight for me. The wet creamy smooth taste reminds me a good foie gras somehow;<
