Review of Khajuraho
5

Okay, so every Indian restaurant in Beijing will ultimately be compared to Ganges. But if I had to choose, I would pick Khujuraho.
Both restaurants are more or less the same, but Khujuraho has better chai tea, a good combo platter that saves a few kuai, and a nice atmosphere. Can't give an opinion on the curries, but the vegetarian dishes were good. For example, the palak paneer looked more natural than the one served up at Ganges (a darker green and more spinach instead of cream). The manager even stopped by to thank us for coming in. No belly dancers or giant TV screen playing Bollywood music videos, but that could be good or bad, depending on your taste and your company (they can be very distracting).
At the very least, I'd recommend giving it a try to see how it stands up to the other Indian restaurants in the city.
