The owner seems to know his stuff: freshly roasted coffee from around the world (ask to see the giant roaster), coffee workshops, and a well-trained staff. You can even buy roasted coffee in-house. The only thing keeping Ocean Grounds from 5 stars is the price: granted, the beans are free-trade and imported, but it was about 230rmb for a bag of coffee beans (usually about 50rmb at local grocery stores for more generic brands). I'd be willing to pay about 100rmb for unique and fresh beans, but anything over that doesn't seem worth the price-to-size ratio.
