Me and a friend went to Q Mex on a saturday night. We expected it to be busy which is not a problem.
Walked in and it was full so the manager said we could sit at the bar until a table came free, again that's not a problem. A waiter dumped two menus on our the bar.
We watched other people arrive who were told to wait which they did. In the meantime we werent acknowledged again, no drinks offered and completely abandoned. Waited for half an hour before a table came free, the table was then given to the couple that walked in at the exact time it was free. There were other people waiting as well as us who just werent given any attention, we just sat there ignored for half an hour.
Went over to the manager to explain and was told to wait until the next one came free.
this is hugely annoying, there should at least be some sort of system in place for a restaurant that frequently gets this busy

one clue to drop a lot of chinese dont get the ideal we all dont like mayonaise i hate it .
mean while q mex is a little hard to find in sanliuin the one by the malls easyer to fine the service is onpoint fine plate of notchos a deasent pizza too home style light taste worth an ocasssional trip still
