Dec 6: Two-For-One Books as Book Swap and Board Games Holds Final Meeting of 2014

If you need books for the long winter nights, you're in luck: it's two for one at Book Swap and Board Games as they host their final event of 2014 on Saturday (Dec 6) at The Local.

That means bring one book, but take two home. Of course, books are limited to the same type – paperbacks for paperbacks, and so forth. There are more than just English books: titles are also available in French, Dutch, and even Portuguese.

"There are only a few rules: We don't accept textbooks, classics, or Chinese-language titles because those are all easily available here," the group says, so leave your university guide to Chinese literature on the shelf.

Fans of board games can also get in on rounds of Chinese Monopoly, Settlers of Catan, and others.
