Holiday season brings no shortage of roasted fowl in the West, and if that’s any indication of celebration then given kaoya, Beijing is partying all-year round. Trying to put a party in a bag seems like a questionable idea, but the enchanting thing about this country is its unaffected attitude of “why not?" So, this month we suspended our disbelief and put hope in the industry’s crazy idea that pre-cooked poultry in plastic might actually taste alright
