Things kick off with a flight of mezcal: an unaged, lightly aged, and two years aged, produced from espadin agave in the heart of Oaxaca. You'll savor all three with a guidance from El Rey Mezcal, with the opportunity to purchase bottles during the event.

Following this tasting, its on to the dips. For dips, expect classic guac made from creamy avocado, diced tomato, and a hint of lime; a zesty sour cream cilantro sauce, combining sour cream with herbacious cilantro, lime, and a hint of garlic; pico de gallo, tomato, onion, cilantro and lime as one; and a salsa rojo that perfectly balances spicy chili with tomato, lime, and garlic. All served with tortilla chips.

These are accompanied by a vibrant trio of tacos inspired by the rich flavors of Mexico. This set features tender chicken marinated in smoky chipotle and citrus, and savory beef slow-cooked with earthy guajillo chilies and aromatic spices. Each taco is served on a warm corn tortilla and topped with fresh cilantro, onions, and a drizzle of tangy lime crema, offering an authentic taste of Mexican with every bite.
