On Valentine's Day, Arrow Factory will be offering up a set meal for RMB 158 per person which includes roast Australian beef, roasted potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots and broccoli, served alongside horseradish and gravy with homemade Yorkshire pudding and chocolate brownie with ice cream for dessert. If that weren't sweet enough, happy hour will be raging all day, with select beers BOGOF, and 20 percent off bottles of wine.
