For the first time in the restaurant's six-year history, Opera Bombana has invited a two Michelin-starred Japanese chef, Kazuo Takagi, to cooperate on a series of lunch and dinner events, alongside world-renowned Sake master Ueno Toshio and mixologist Jonny Amir from Zest by Konishi in Hong Kong.
