This Taiwanese bartender won last year's Mediterranean Inspirations World Championship in Ibiza with her Amigos Para Siempre, or "Friends Forever," which is a combination of a Bloody Mary and a Gibson Martini. She'll be at Mo Bar showing off a special menu that should be light, refreshing and summery.
