To me, consistency sets out the good from the great restaurants, so I settle for very good for Agua Service, atmosphere, quality of food and preparation of the food, wine list choices and temperature of the wine and staff understanding the importance of clients.
We ordered the set menu and was amazing from the star to the end, every dish was delicious, and my favorite was the seafood paella
This restaurant, ladies and gentlemen was, yesterday evening, perfect. I will find out if it can be so again but I have no worries or doubts to fully recommend it at this point. It is Spanish with a really high added value. I am standing up, clapping my hands
