Virginie is a Beijing-based neuroscience career and leadership development coach with a strong focus on enhancing communication skills among leaders and their teams. She typically works with clients who are transitioning in the workplace, need support to develop their leadership capabilities or are facing difficulties in a multicultural environment. She helps them understand and overcome challenges holding them back so they can reach their full potential. She has extensively researched issues around positive communication, conflict resolution, giving and receiving feedback and asserting needs in an intercultural environment. She uses a neuro-scientific approach to help clients understand how to leverage their strengths and deal with challenges. Prior to coaching Virginie was an international news correspondent in China covering business and finance for more than 10 years. She is passionate about anything to do with mountains, climbing, skiing or hiking.
