The Xilingol International Ice Dragon Boat Championships is organized by the Department of Culture,Sports,Tourism,Broadcasting and Television of Xilingol League and the Government of Xilinhot City,with the co-organization of Xilingol League Cultural and Tourism Investment and Development Co.,Ltd.and Xilinhot City Junchi Tourism Industry Investment Co.,Ltd.The competition is scheduled to take place on January 20-21,2025,at the ice rink of Xiling Lake in Xilinhot City,Xilingol League.

We are aiming to invite 15 dragon boat teams from overseas countries and 5 Chinese teams,making a total of 20 teams to compete in this thrilling event.The competition events include the Open Division and the Local Division,with various race formats such as 12-person and 5-person ice dragon boat races over different distances. You can join us individually or organized team, family participate, We can organize A corporate team together.

The competition will be conducted in accordance with the"Rules and Judging Methods for Ice Dragon Boat Racing"approved by the International Ice Dragon Boat Federation(IIDBF).Each team is restricted to 16 participants,including a team leader,coach,drummer,helmsman,paddlers,and reserve players.The organizers will supply the boats and paddles,and athletes are required to wear uniforms of the same style and color. These all can be organized together. Register as a role.

Teams are also required to design an electronic team flag and prepare two triangular flags of different sizes.The competition will comprise four lanes and be conducted in the form of preliminary heats,repechage,semi-finals,and finals.The draw for the preliminary heat groups will be conducted at the joint meeting of team leaders,coaches,and judges.

• Check-in:Please report to the designated hotel of the Organizing Committee on January 18-19,2025(location to be determined).

The top three winners in each event will be granted trophies,medals,and certificates,while the fourth to sixth place winners will be given trophies and certificates.The winning team with the highest total score will be presented with the championship trophy.

The travel expenses for each participating sports team shall be covered by themselves.However,the Organizing Committee will provide accommodation and meals for the designated team members from January 18th to 21st,2025,free pick-up and drop-off services at Xilinhot Airport and Railway Station,and arrange round-trip transportation between the designated hotel and the venue for the open team.

The schedule for the event is as follows:

• January 18th:The judging committee check-in,full-day registration of the participating teams,and training of the sports teams.

• January 19th:Full-day registration of the participating teams,training,and coach-referee-team leader meeting(time and location to be notified separately).

• January 20th:Morning opening ceremony,preliminary rounds,quarterfinals and semifinals of each category.

• January 21st:Finals of each category,and the award ceremony.

• January 22nd:Morning departure.
