In the post-epidemic era, the term "revenge consumption" explains a great deal of the social phenomena that is currently taking place. Consumer goods are gradually being submerged in the sea of endless desire with the behavior of mass consumption. Artist Yuan Song's series “High Light” carries on the spirit of his previous series “Landscape”, showing his ongoing concern for “consumerism” in this series.
