The British Chamber of Commerce in China is hosting a session to interpret the proposed changes to the law and implications for foreign businesses if such changes are enacted. We are pleased to have William Wenquan Yang, Partner at Panawell & Partners to present on the draft amendment and take questions from the audience. We are also hoping that the insights shared by Mr. Yang can inform the comments the Chamber and members are going to submit to the CNIPA.
