August 12th is an UN International Youth Day, which is celebrated every year all over the world. The theme for International Youth Day 2023 is "Green Skills for Youth: Towards a Sustainable World."

The world is undergoing a green transition to respond to the global climate crisis and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This event is aiming to create a sustainable and climate-friendly world. This transition is crucial for addressing the global climate crisis and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Green skills, including technical knowledge and transversal skills, are essential for a sustainable society. These skills are relevant to all ages, but are particularly important for younger individuals, who can contribute to the transition for a longer period.

For the official celebration of International Youth Day 2023, SCOLAR Network invites you to the eco-friendly picnic, where we will enjoy nature together, play games, arrange climate quiz. You can bring any eco-friendly products to support UN International Youth Day theme 2023. 

During the event speakers and participants will share about their transition to the green jobs, sustainable practices, which  they implement in their daily lives, and what else we can do to mitigate climate change.  We believe, we are the ones who build the future!
