Come enjoy the jazz-influenced hip-hop/R&B sounds of The Jared Lang Band, who will be performing live at Jianghu Bar on Saturday 20 August.

The Jared Lang Band combines jazz, hip hop, funk and rock - sometimes exciting and energetic, sometimes downtempo and cool.

A group of excellent musicians who are all established in their own right, Jared’s original music is influenced by artists such as Portishead, The Cinematic Orchestra, Herbie Hancock, Massive Attack, the Herbaliser Band and Miles Davis.

With vocalist Tea Lončar, saxophonist Dean Mongerio, pianist/keyboardist Jared Lang, bassist Connor Chappelle, and drummer Guy Mabanza, The Jared Lang Band has performed at various Beijing venues such as Tokyo Lounge, Modernista, The Bricks, and Jianghu Bar.
