Born from the Spittoon Arts Collective, Spit-Tunes is a project that sets up a band or musician with a poet for collaboration on a special musical piece inspired by the poet’s works. The show on  September 23 will feature all-new acts, with musical styles as diverse as hip-hop, folk, rock, and electronic, and poets hailing from three continents.
