Shangri-La, Beijing has invited Shangri-La, Hefei to lead its chef team from 3 to 19 September 2021 as they introduce more people to the taste of authentic Huizhou cuisine, while learning more about this food culture.


Master Jack Wang, chef of Chinese cuisine at Shangri-La, Hefei, has studied the characteristics of traditional cuisine from the perspective of cuisine cooks. This time, he will present classic Huizhou dishes, including Shengcai Stinky Mandarin Fish Casserole, Cao Cao Chicken, Li Hong hang-mixed Soup, Anhui Daobanxiang, Huangshan preserved Meat Sampin and Huizhou tart Kuiji.
