Opera BOMBANA’s eighth anniversary party is a celebration of contemporary, borderless cuisine that embraces the best of Asian tradition and Western classics.

For this year’s anniversary party, Opera BOMBANA’s executive chef Andrea Susto has invited Zhou Yi, head chef of Yangzhou Mountain Restaurant, and Tatsuya Nagataki, head chef of Japanese restaurant Takakura, to come together to create an unprecedented culinary experience spanning three cultures.
