100% plant-based all-you-can-eat Sunday Brunch Buffet
In line with the Meatless March initiative, we are excited to announce that we are hosting another round of “Vegan Vibes @ Zarah”, the 100% plant-based edition of our popular Sunday Brunch, which will take place on March 28th (10am – 2pm).
Whether you are joining the “Meatless March Vegan Challenge” and would like to finish it with an amazing plant-based, all-you-can-eat brunch buffet, or just fancy a healthy and delicious Sunday Brunch, every Veg* status is welcome to join us!
Our aim is to create a dialogue around sustainable food and to introduce you to the interesting, vegan-friendly brands available in the capital, while eating less meat, less processed food and following a plant-rich diet that not only enhances your health and animal welfare, but also has positive effects on the environment by reducing one’s food print.
At our fourth “Vegan Vibes” brunch JUST Egg, the plant-based food start up out of San Francisco, will be featured with its innovative & sustainable egg substitute made from mung beans. We will offer you vegan omelets, scrambled eggs and DIY vegan jianbings at our live egg-cooking station.
We are also thrilled to announce that this time we will be partnering with the Beijing-based meat alternative producer Zhenrou, who will enrich our buffet line with many plant-based meat dishes made of pea protein.
FB Solution, the smart bakery solution for professionals, will again be part of our exclusive plant-based, all-you-can-eat brunch, delivering freshly baked breads to you, including their popular German sourdough bread!
This time, we will have newcomer Pop Ocean from Rongcheng City, “the hometown of seaweed in China”, who will join us with delicious, healthy, low calorie noodles made from seaweed, which is known in China as the “longevity sea vegetable”.
The Swedish brand Oatly will be part of “Vegan Vibes” so that we can turn our beautiful cappuccinos and lattes into delicious, vegan-friendly coffees prepared with oatmilk instead of cow’s milk.
And finally, our beautiful selection of colorful appetizers, healthy salads and dips, savory hot dishes, vegan sausages & cold cuts, and homemade vegan cakes from every corner of the globe will be included in the all-you-can-eat brunch at RMB 198 per person incl. one drink.
Our all-you-can-eat-and-drink option (RMB 298 per person) will be on offer, with free flow wines & prosecco, Jing-A Mandarin Wheat and Zarah’s specialty cocktails using only seasonal and fresh ingredients.
