Back by popular demand, Hatsune founder Alan Wong and his Hatsune team will host this season’s Sake Sensei Dinner Party at Hana by Hatsune in China World Mall.

Alongside a multi-course paired dinner menu, Alan will introduce a balanced and diverse range of four to five different types of quality sake. You will learn the meticulous process of brewing sake from rice and water and Alan-san will teach you how to smell and taste the subtle flavors so that you can more fully appreciate just how delicate and beautiful sake can be.
