Celebrate your love at Mosto this Valentine’s Day. This February 14, enjoy a romantic five course meal by Chef Daniel surrounded by soft candle light and roses.
Begin your meal with fresh New Zealand oysters paired with passion fruit and a shot of Caipirinha. Continue with a seared duck tataki with ginger-jalapeno sauce, crispy quinoa and a light ponzu sauce. Next, move on to the carrot orange foam with langoustine, saffron and five spiced oil. Chef Daniel is well-known for his signature foam soups, and this special valentine’s day creation combines seasonal winter flavors with langoustine, one of the world’s most decadent and delicious delicacies.
For the main course, choose between oven roasted black cod fish with dill potatoes, radish beet salad, capers and lime or the Josper grilled beef tenderloin with a corn soufflé, creamy spinach and a morel mushroom sauce.
Finish your romantic meal with a choice of dessert, the milk chocolate and Nutella cigar with blackberries, raspberries, hazelnut and vanilla ice cream is the ultimate in chocolatey indulgence or the passion fruit panna cotta with coconut foam, pistachio and sesame tuille is the perfectly sweet to end your meal.
Mosto will have two seatings for Valentine’s Day dinner: 18:00-20:00 or 20:30-22:30. The set menu is ¥688 per person and booking is required. Adjustments can be made for specialty diets upon advance request.
