Food that is made of wheat is considered to be a staple food in China. There are many variations of food that are made of wheat, including noodles, Man Tou (a type of Chinese bun), dumplings, Baozi, and then, there is Xian Bing. 

If you are not familiar with the name, Xian Bing is the Chinese version of a stuffed pancake or pie. Eating a hot Xian Bing with congee (Chinese porridge) is always a favorite dinner for many Chinese. Xian Bing can also be enjoyed during breakfast, lunch, or just as a snack.
