From 12 April, featuring the prized and tender spring delicacy of white asparagus, Grand Cafe, Fountain Lounge and Terrace present an à la carte menu offering a range of white asparagus signature selections to guests. For a luxurious culinary experience, this menu is a must-try this spring. Recommended dishes include white asparagus, spring tomato, prosciutto, balsamic reduction and poached white asparagus.
