Life is delicious at our restaurants in spring. As a symbol of the spring season in Beijing, white asparagus is the highly anticipated and delicious seasonal delicacy when the weather gets warmer. Grand Hyatt Beijing will be serving its long-awaited menu, paired with the prized spring ingredient of white asparagus, also known as the vampire of the vegetable world.


From 12 April, featuring the prized and tender spring delicacy of white asparagus, Grand Cafe, Fountain Lounge and Terrace present an à la carte menu offering a range of white asparagus signature selections to guests. For a luxurious culinary experience, this menu is a must-try this spring. Recommended dishes include white asparagus, spring tomato, prosciutto, balsamic reduction and poached white asparagus. The season is fleeting, so be sure to enjoy it while it lasts.
