Food lovers’ favorite hot pot buffet returns this winter to the Grand Cafe, the buffet restaurant of Grand Hyatt Beijing. Sit around a table and enjoy your favorite ingredients with a boiling soup that promotes a warm, inclusive atmosphere.

Our culinary team has arranged a selection of several carefully prepared soups from which to choose from. The menu features an assortment of meat and imported seafood such as Mongolian lamb or handmade prawn and fish balls, as well as a variety of organic vegetables. Mix your own dipping sauce according to your taste with our combination of condiments.

The hot pot will be served as part of the buffet and its international delicacies sourced from a variety of Asian and Western cuisines. Don’t miss Grand Cafe’s classic desserts with its homemade cakes, delicious pudding and ice cream, to add a perfect ending to your meal.
