The National Centre for Performing Arts welcomes the State Symphony Orchestra of the Leningrad Region, conducted by Mikhail Golikov, for two nights of music, on January 28th and 29th. The orchestra is the youngest professional group in Russia and draws bright young virtuosos from around the world, most of whom graduated at the St. Petersburg State Academy.
