In honour of one of our most favourite holidays of the year, we turn to the home country of one of our founders, Eva Biorck. Sweden's the HQ for many of life's greatest, IKEA, the Nobel Prize, ABBA, but in our opinion, the best that's ever come out of Sweden is Swedish Meatballs. Moreish pork and beef meatballs paired with comforting potato mash (we use sweet potatoes for that healthy Moka Bros twist), creamy gravy and perfectly sweet/tangy lingonberry sauce to match the heavy flavours of the dish.  

Moka Bros' Swedish Meatballs are available in all Moka Bros restaurants until the beginning of the new year.
