About the Organiser

Training IPS is a registered company in Beijing providing leadership, communications, and team development programs for companies in the Asia region since 2007.

The Young Leaders Forum and Initiative was launched in late 2019 to provide students the opportunities to experience learning as conducted for corporates, and provide insight into some of the working entry-level learning topics while enhancing fundamental skills. It is a platform to bring together the working world to an interesting environment.

Trainer/Facilitator

Alistair McArthur has trained thousands of executives and staff around Asia during his 20 years of being based in China. He is a Certified Facilitator of the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI – Coaching Tools), focusing on improving relationships through increased understanding and effective personal and professional communication.
