In partnership with The Hutong, we are excited to launch the 'Rediscover Your City' series, taking you to experience Beijing afresh through five senses. Coming up on August 30th, it's time experience Beijing afresh through 'touch'.

There’s nothing quite like experiencing a city by bike, especially one as historic and rich in culture as Beijing and her hutongs. On this cycling and sketching tour through the hutongs, we'll start at The Hutong courtyard you'll be guided through some sketching basics and fun drawing exercises. From there, we'll hop on our bikes and take a scenic route through the hutongs, with several stops for sketching. From there, we'll return back to The Hutong for some frosty refreshments and sharing.

There’s no need to be an experienced sketcher! If you already sketch, come and enjoy this opportunity to go out and sketch with others and to pick up some new skills. If you’re inexperienced, we’ll get you jump-started with some fun sketching exercises to help you unlock your creative side.
