If you tend toward a little day-drinking on occasion, join us at The Hutong for an afternoon of fun and games!  Munch on some snacks while our mistress of Mixology, Jane Chen and our guests Lewis and Tina (founders of Earthen Roots) teach you classic cocktails with a twist.  While you sip on your newly made beverages, try your hand and brain on some trivia questions!  Our cocktails are perfect down to their flavor profiles using regional alcohol from around the world as well as our homemade syrups and flavorings!

Earthen Roots was conceived in 2019 in Beijing by cocktail and general drinking enthusiasts Lewis from the UK and Tina from China. When mixing drinks, the importance of soft drinks cannot be overlooked as they play a vital role in the quality of the concoction. With this in mind, they decided to develop their own brand of craft soft drinks, inspired by flavors from China and the UK.
